Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for customers. If no request is made within 7 days after receiving the goods, you will not be eligible for a refund.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for refunds or returns.
All promotional items purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
If you wish to make a return, you can contact us via info@falune.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
Please note, buyers are responsible for the costs associated with returns or refunds.
We recommend using registered/trackable post and provide us with the tracking number as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
Damaged or incorrect Products
For damaged or incorrect returns, you may request an exchange or refund with photo proof.
Notify us via email within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will gladly exchange or refund the defective product. However, the exchange process may take up to 20 days.
